Don't support 5Ghz wireless Network.

Sophos XG 230 firewall clientless users doesn't support D link 5ghz (Dap 2680) wireless network , the user don't connect 5ghz wireless network automatically, but D link 2.4ghz (Dap 1360) wireless network connect automatically. what is the reason?

    Hi ,

    Thanks for reaching out, and welcome to the Sophos Community! 

    I would suggest you check if the user device has a 5GHz network band capability. If yes, check wireless settings on the D-Link router. 

    This issue could be related to the user device and the wireless router configuration and not the user's type and firewall.
