XFRM Interface Disabled

Good Afternoon,

I have an XG with a number of XFRM interfaces that are working fine. However, I have one that only shows up as disabled. I am used to seeing this when the tunnel is down, but in this case the tunnel is up and green. The tunnel peer is Azure, and it shows that it is connected on that side as well.

I have rebuilt the tunnel a few times and that interface continues to show disabled. I have 4 XFRM tunnels on that interface (to different sites) and 3 of them are showing connected.

Any thoughts on what I might be doing wrong? I am not sure what criteria the XG uses to mark that interface disabled besides tunnel status.
