I am having issues with users on other vlans dropping their authentication every 5 - 20 minutes. My primary network vlan is 192.168.10.xx and all the users on that network dont have any problems. The users on 192.168.11.xx and 192.168.12.xx constantly get prompted to enter their credentials otherwise they loose internet and access to some devices on the primary network. We use STAS and have it configured to check the other subnet on the vlans. When they authenticate they are fine but it goes away really fast. The strangest part is if I reboot Sophos some of the problems go away for a short time usually a week or 2.
