Hi,

Is it possible to get the endpoint details like the IP Address of the machine with the e-mail alerts that tried to download the infected file?

    Thank you for contacting the Sophos Community.

    At the moment this isn’t possible, but PM is aware of this, the reason why the detail isn’t included is that it’s not in central,(Firewall Management) There are plans to improve firewall alerts in Central this FY, and this is one of the areas they’ll be improving.
