AD Synchronisation

Moin Zusammen,

ich richte Gerade unsere neue X230 (18.0.4) ein. Ich habe das AD verbunden und importiert.
Allerdings ist es so, dass die Gruppen zwar vorhanden sind, aber keine Mitglieder angezeigt werden. 

Bin nach manual vorgegangen und habe im Prozess keine Fehler erhalten.

Was könnte ich falsch gemacht haben ?

    Hi ,

    Thank you for reaching out to Sophos Community.

    User need to authenticate once through any of the authentication methods(User portal, captive portal, authentication client, SSO) to get his/her profile on XG.

    When the user authenticates for the first time, a user profile will automatically be added. If the user's AD group exists on XG, then the user will be added as a member of that group or will fall under the default group specified.
