Download "Apple iOS IPsec VPN client configuration" broken

Hello,

we want to download the Apple iOS IPSec VPN client configuration from the XG125 User Portal (SFOS 18.0.4 MR-4). It seems the download links are broken:

Does anyone know the problem and how to fix it? We tried it at different clients where we have the same firewall and it's always the same bug. The buttons are "empty" and nothing happens no matter what we click.

We also have a problem with the download like for the clients (Windows & macOS). The download only gives us the following text-file, even though "Pattern Updates" are working correctly.


Help would be really appreciated. Thanks a lot.

    Hello there,

    Thank you for contacting the Sophos Community.

    For the 1st issue, it seems it is related to NC-64758, there is a patch available, if you require the patch to be installed please open a case with support or you can wait for MR5 which will solve this issue.

    For the 2nd issue, this is a known issue, under NC-70289 and also fixed on MR5, for this one there is a work around available, as a workaround, the client can be downloaded from the XG Web Admin (Configure >> VPN >> IPsec (remote access) >> Download Client

    Additionally to this the Sophos Connect Client 2.1 can be download from the link within this post.
