For the respond-only connection, the IPsec policy can't have DPD set to re-initiate the connection. 

Please try to turn off the DPD or change it to disconnect, and let us know how it turns out for you.

Hello Patel,  the DPD is black in this case it'S turn off. I will see what happens today night

Hey nothing change the same situation the VPN can't be proceed, because the old VPN connectrion with the old ip-adresse is still acting. It seems that the new request will not be accepted.
