unable to register my XG 210 firewall

my ISP gateway settings have a pool of WAN IP's with CIDR 29 but my ISP gateway is different network

so when i try to add ISP settings it says "IP Interface and Gateway IP must be in the same Network" . because of that i'm not able to register my device with sophos.com

but i'm able to access the internet through the firewall using NAT

Is there any other way to synchronize my device?

    Hi Vinay, Welcome to Sophos Community.

    If you're able to access the internet through the firewall then there shouldn't be any issue registering the firewall.

    Can you take the SSH access of the device > Go to Option 5 > Option 3 > Advanced Shell. 

    Run this command: tail -f /log/licensing.log

    After running the command, try to register the firewall and this will give us logs. 

    Feel free to share the logs in DM (since it'll contain serial number and other details)
