Im a learning Technician in Sophos XG and i need help with this request.
Acctually we have a Sophos XG FW 18.0.1 and we have a software provider where we access a particular software in one server.
The service provider has allowed the traffic from our WAN IP to its server, when the users are in our company this works!, so far so good.
The issue occur when a user is connected from an outside location via VPN SSL and try to reach the provider server, in this case the server can't be reach.
How whe convert, masquing, or route the outbound traffic when a user is connected via VPN SSL from an external location in order to reach de provider server?
Is there's any way to encapsulate the traffic from VPN SSL so that the outgoing traffic is the IP of my WAN interface?
