If you're considering a WAN to LAN scenario then,

You can create two separate DNAT rules to have the traffic forwarded to the specific server in the LAN. One rule for each gateway/port/publicIP.

Alternatively, You can use WAF rules if this server is serving web-based traffic to secure it through the FW. Two WAF rules, One for each gateway's Public IP
