Sophos XG firewall Authentication

Hi All

I have sophos XG firewall and configure authentication inorder to access internet and working fine however it's working fine only for those domain joined computers for the others it keeps saying connect and when you click connect in order to signing using captive portal  it doesn't display anything. what is the possible cause?

    Would it be possible for you to share the screenshot of the firewall rule? What type of authentication method did you configure on your firewall?
