WAF & SSL Certificates

Hello, We have a web server at the back of the Sophos firewall. We recently added a SSL certificate from Godadddy for the domain pointed to the server. The certificate seems to be installed properly in the firewal, however when we are trying to access it, the website does not load when we try to access using https. Our NAT configuration is currently set to allow any for testing.

Is there missing with our configurations?

Hi kakawome : Is this URL currently running over WAF ? If yes I have access https://test.well2018.net/ and It is giving me below message :

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access this resource.

You may check XG Live Log Viewer for WAF and you may check reverseproxy.log to see more on this message.

Hi Vishal, yes it is currently running over WAF. That's the problem that we are getting if we access it from outside of the network. but inside the network the website loads properly. any thoughts?

Hi kakawome : Please access from outside to re create the issue and share reverseproxy.log here to confirm more by collecting it around the re creation time.
