So, the error is correct, you are using a public address range.

Thank you for reaching out to Sophos Community.

You can use the public network range with sfos v18. However, it's always recommended to use a private network range for remote access VPN(SSL VPN, IPsec, L2TP, PPTP).

I have been tried in V18 it's working. the issue only with V17.Thank you Yash for the information
