Internet Getting Slow When Enable Traffic Shaping

I have a problem with Sophos XG home firewall, from recently internet connection getting too much slow as a comparison to previous. So I check with it ISP and their side wasn't any problem. (also I bypassed the firewall and connected my laptop directly to the ISP router and did the speed test. All good).

After that I check the firewall rules, Application filters, and traffic shaping, then I realized the problem is in the Application traffic shaping. After I uncheck application-based traffic shaping from the firewall rule. The problem solved.

At the moment, now I don't have bandwidth control in my hand. Users are using bandwidth as they wish. Some users are complaining about slow internet.

So, I want to get back application-based traffic shaping, Please help me to solve this problem.

Firewall Version - SFVH (SFOS 17.5.12 MR-12.HF062020.1)

Request to share a snapshot of traffic shaping policy from CONFIGURE > System services > Traffic shaping.

Ensure that you've configured bandwidth(Limit) correctly.

If you'd like to allocate 5 Mbps limited speed then you need to enter 640 KBps in the 'Limit' field of traffic shaping policy.

1Mb = 128 KB, so for 5Mb you need to set up 640 KB
