Failed XG 210 Firewall

Good day, I'm from a South-African WISP company.

I have a failed XG 210 Firewall that I'm trying to get the RMA process or address where I can go and book it in to get it repaired as soon as possible. Is there any local South-African office where one can hand deliver the device and full in the necessary documents?

You would have to open a support case at support.sophos.com to get the RAM for your firewall.
