how to configure sophes XG310 with multi vendor switch

Hi Mohamed, Welcome to Sophos Community.

You can create VLANs on Switch first according to your requirement and add VLANs on XG as well.

Refer to this article to create VLANs on XG: https://support.sophos.com/support/s/article/KB-000035704?language=en_US

To communicate amongst these VLAN-separated networks, You can create Inter-VLAN routing or use XG as "Router on Stick and create LAN to LAN zone rule to allow the communication between these VLANs.

Are you planning to replace the HP switch with the Cisco switch as a core switch?

Which switch will be directly connected to XG?

Moreover, You don't need to define anything on XG. It'll be in trunk mode (802.1Q) and accepting traffic of all the VLANs.

i mean i have to put all vlans also in fw sophes and put command on cisco ip helper for dhcp  and dhcp server in my case will be sophes or u recommend in core sw

so what i have to put  configuration on sophes to access internet for some usesr in vlans
