CANT LOG IN ON WEBPORTAL CAN SSH

Good morning All,

I am trying to log in to web UI of Sophos but i am unable to log in error: Log in failed. I am using XG115 MR12 . Kindly note its not the password because i am able to log in using SSH, I have reset the pass, i have reset the web cert ,restarted the UTM but i am unsuccessful in logging in.

I am using default  user name:admin and my pass what i have set.I am trying to understand what i am doing wrong

    Hi Jackline and welcome to the Sophos Communities!

    This is the area for the UTM firewall.  Since you have an XG, I have moved your thread to the XG Community.
