Can't disable User Portal from WAN

1. In Administration->Device Access->WAN only SMTP Relay and SSL VPN is enabled. I also tried to enable and disable User Portal from there, but it still shows up.
2. I also tried to enable/disable it in  Network->Zones-WAN but it still show up.

It is running on the default port which is: 8443. What could be the problem?

  • I assume this only comes into play when you start configuring the SSLVPN, I tried by enabling the SSLVPN, the portal did not automatically enable.

  • Yes, but I disabled the User Portal in WAN Zone and it still stays open. I just want to have it opened in LAN. Or do you want to tell me there is no way of disabling it when we want to use SSLVPN?

  • Device access works on a port base. SSLVPN and User Portal can share the same port (for example 443). If you disable User portal but use 443 for both, the SSLVPN device access rule will still allow the port 443 on WAN.
