XG 18.0.4 MR4 Error unable to update rejected senders after DKIM patches

The DKIM settings update error patches applied by Sophos Support on the XH 18.0.4 MR4 introduced a new unable to update the Rejected Senders list error in Email -> General settings.

I have created a case for this. Are others having the same issue after the 2 DKIM patches?
