Enable show steps in tracert on sophos xg

Hi team,

I have a question, currently, i have 2 fw xg connected by vpn ipsec, when i want to do the tracert route this is completed, but not show all the steps in the tracert.

Can you help me please?

    Yes, UTM, not XG.  Yash answered your question so I'll move this to the XG Firewall Community.

    In the future, insert your images into your post. We can't know if an external site is properly protected. The only malware I've gotten in over 10 years was from an external link to a picture in this forum several years ago.  Thanks in advance!

    Thank you for reaching out to Sophos Community.

    IPsecuses IKE phase 1 as a secure method to establish IKE phase 2 which is used to send the user data. Traffic between end locations is tunneled(secured payload) within the public network(source and remote IP). Due to which while communicating between end locations, the public hops(path) would not be visible and are not reflected in the traceroute result.
