Thank you for your help.

I hit another barrier, that is i can only download the latest version of XG Home that requires 4gb and from what i can see from google the XG105 only has 2gb.

Error 4 "Disksize = 10GB and RAM = 4GB"

Is there a way to get the latest possible Iso for XG105??

Ok, it seems i need the v17 ISO so that it can work in the XG105, but i cannot find a working link, and support doesn't send it since they don't support home license.

does anyone know where i can get a XG Home v17 ISO?

....or simply: put more RAM in that device, delete all existing partitions, try to use an acutal SW Software ISO - that should work.

Can we not hide information that other are going to need? I have been looking on this site for an hour for legacy a ISO for almost this exact thing (NOT HOME but a 105w) and every one i find is someone taking the conversation private leaving me nowhere while i wait for support to answer my email. WHY does SOPHOS not have a legacy download location ?

Some information, XG105w are not supported, they have been replaced with XG106W, not that helps you.

Support will not assist you unless you have a current business licence and very few members on these forums would have a copy XG 105W install software.

With valid support on the firewall, you can always open a support case and request required supported firmware versions.
