Sophos XG - VoiP Problems via VPN with Lancom Router

Hello Forum,

we have massive Problems with SIP Sessions behind a VPN Tunnel between a Sophos and a Lancom Router.
Customer has 2 LAN Networks on a central Sophos XG210 with latest firmware.

LAN 1 = Clients
LAN 2 = Telephone Devices and Telefon Server

From internal Network behind the sophos - No Problems

An external branch is connected via VPN with 2 Networks ( LAN Clients / LAN Telephony)
There are only Any/Any  Allowed Rules between VPN and  LAN

The clients have RDP Sessions to Network on central site ( No Problems)

The telephones from Branch have disconnects after 3-5 min. nearly every Call

My Questions:

Do you have a suggestesd way to finde this error ?
How can we log the sip sessions on central site to see a breakdown ?

Please don´t awnser with the standard KB :-) of course we have checked all this things, i will use such a Forum only after checking KB´s .
This KBs we have checked:
