Sophos XG SFOS 18.0.4 MR-4 Notifications

Hello Everyone,

My name is Benjamin and I am new in this community. Hope you all are OK.

We have a Sophos XG and We have updated to the last firmware SFOS 18.0.4 MR-4. Everything was OK, but after new firmware installation we start receiving e-mail notifications tha we didn´t before. Now every VPN connection (when  is started and when is terminated)  is notified by e-mail (lot of e-mails). As you can see on the image below, only when IPSec Tunnel is up or down is configured to be notified.

Anyone had a similar issue?

    Hi Benjamín Burga Polo, As of now there is one open issue with "NC-55213 -IPsec tunnel up/down - several email notifications are sent when the connection is terminated on Responder".

    Can you please open a support case investigation ? So support team may validate your issue getting match with this one  or not by checking required logs file, so based on the issue identification next action can be decided.
