No ping from some devices VPN IPSEC

Hello everyone, 

I have follow issue and I hope sombody can help me,

We have setup a vpn site2site con Azure that works well, but with some devices on one subnet no responses ping, let me explain our topolgy

VM Azure --- VPN (ipsec0) --- Port2 --- Sophos  Port6 --- LAN

10.8.0.6                                                                              host1 192.168.26.217

                                                                                           host2 192.168.26.34

ping from Azure  to host1 OK

traffic log:

input ipsec0   out port 6

ping host2 to Azure OK

traffic log:

input port6  out port2 (Gateway VPN)

input ipsec0   out port 6

ping host1 to Azure Fail

traffic log:

input port6   out  ipsec0
