Sophos XG Firewall VPN IPSec remote access (Sophos Connect client)

I couldnt find answer to my question anywhere (including the PDF guides and manuals) so asking here:

I am trying to fix an old configuration for VPN access which is set through VPN --> IPSec (remote access) tab and Sophos VPN Client

So at the moment all allowed users are directly assigned in the settings field and as you probably know every time when we need to add/remove users the VPN connection for the rest is resetting for about 15 or so seconds

with the latest introducing of Groups, I have now created a group and assigned instead of directly assigned accounts

My question is how can I quickly export all directly assigned users into CSV and then import into that new group and then delete all users from directly assigned ?

There should be a way to do all that via the SSH, but I am not sure where to look

Can someone assist with this ?

    Thank you for reaching out to Sophos Community.

    Exporting directly assigned users to Sophos Connect would not be possible. You need to manually create a group and have to add the required users to it.

    As per your query, when you add a new user under 'Allowed users and groups' and update the configuration of Sophos Connect, it reset the connection for about 15-20 seconds.

    Instead of adding user manually under Sophos Connect configuration, you may directly enable 'IPsec remote access in the user profile(This will automatically add a user under 'Allowed users and groups' of Sophos Connect).

    I did perform a test in a lab environment and confirm that enabling 'IPsec remote access' from the user profile does not reset Sophos Connect connection.
