Firewall is Starting while trying to access WebAdmin Internally/Externally

Im at the point where i think i will just throw this XG in the trash and return to an SG UTM 9.x.  I am done with all of these weird issues that pop-up randomly with XG.

Trying to reach the WebAdmin of a customer firewall externally and internally, and getting a "Firewall is Starting".

What is this Sophos?  As if the Initial Setup wasnt bad enough.

    What is the XG firewall model?

    What is the output of the command below when the issue is happening?

    #service -S | grep tomcat

    Do you see any errors in the tomcat.log? when trying to access?

  • You can ignore this now i figured it out using old Cyberoam commands.

    system diagnostics subsystem LoggingDaemon purge-all-logs | purge-old-logs
    system diagnostics sybsystem CSC purge-all-logs | purge-old-logs

    then i ran a restart of the tomcat service, as the logs that were 100% full, were now 42% full after the above commands and tomcat could start again.
