LogMeIn client fails after SSL/TLS inspection turned on with XG v18

LogMeIn client opens but fails to connect to clients when XG SSL/TLS inspection is on. I've tried changing most of the inspection settings without success. The default exclusions for TLS decryption include logmein.com etc but have no effect. The only options I appear to have at the moment are to leave SSL/TLS inspection off (not ideal) or to add a very large list of ip exclusions for LogMeIn. We're using SFOS 18.0.4 MR-4. Any suggestions of how to sort this please?
