really depends on OS and web browser. Also if you search the KBAs there is one that provides examples.

But when I check from the outside and another PC, it remains the same. Is there any permanent solution.

Did you import the self-signed certificate on another PC that you've tried to connect to the firewall? 

If you're trying to access your firewall from the internet, you would have to use the signed certificate by a trusted CA.
