AD Authentication Server issue

Can anyone point me to the right direction. I notice my AD server (Win2k16) in XG Connection Security now only works in plain text. Changing to SSL or STARTTLS and testing the connection gives me the following error messages Test connection failed as server is down or unreachable. Plain Text settings works

Was on the phone with support and they recommend on Deleting and Re-adding the AD server. Same results. We turned off Windows Firewall to test same issue This was working before and notice it when I was upgrading the firewall to the latest firmware.
