When I attempt to register the XG Home use firewall with the serial number, I get an error that says the firewall cannot connect to the internet and access sophos.com. This is despite the fact that every device behind the firewall is able to access the internet and sophos.com. This has been happening ever since I performed a fresh install of 18.03.
