XG Pair - LAG Issues

I have two XG 310's connected in HA mode. This is an active/active setup.

Behind that I have to Dell S4148F switches running OS10. These switches are connected via VLTi channel 5.  On those switches I have two ports 35 and 36. (Each Switch) Those ports are setup in a port channel 35 with the VLTi of 35 as well.  This takes all four ports on the switch side, (35 and 36 SW1 as well as 35 and 36 SW2) and connects them together in one big port channel.

On the XG side I have a LACP lag with ports 11 and 12 on each FW.

I have had consistent issues with traffic not passing in a failover. Lately plenty of issues normally (No Failover)  I have tried breaking the LAG into two port channels as well as a slue of other things. I ether have two interfaces that wont come up (Marked active but inactive, meaning up and running but not in use) or all up but no traffic will pass.

I am curious on how others have approached this scenario and how things were cabled up.
