I am Not able to Access WAN IP with specific port from LAN Network Sophos XG135 OS 18

Hello,

I have just received new Filrewall Sophos XG135 and Partner has configured it. We are not able to  to Access WAN IP with specific port from LAN Network Sophos XG135 OS 18.

Please guide with explaination of rule creation.

    Hi , Thanks for reaching out to Sophos Community.

    Is there any specific DNAT rule created which You're not able to use through the LAN?

    If this is the case then make sure you've added LAN zone as the source zone in the Firewall rule and MASQ in the NAT rule which co-relates to the firewall rule.

    If there's something else, then please brief us on it.
