Authenticacion Sophos XH 18.04

hello community:

I'm having trouble with sophos XG version 18.04.
When authenticating to the domain with port 636 it throws me the following error

TEST CONNECTION FAILED AS SERVER IS DOWN OR UNREACHABLE

If I change it to port 389 I have no problems.

Port 389 and 636 are allowed in the firewall

Help me

Thanks for reaching out, and welcome to the Sophos Community!

SSH into your firewall and run tcpdump on server IP address and port number while testing the connection and provide the result.

Sophos XG Firewall: How to SSH to the firewall using PuTTY utility

Type 5 then 3 to access the Advanced shell.

Run the following command: tcpdump -veni any host <ServerIP> and port 636
