Video Block in News website

Hello there. i am using sophos xg firewall home edition. I am having a problem that I cannot solve. I cannot block videos in a news site. streaming and bandwith blocked but it didn't happen.

Hi Süleyman, Just adding on what Harsh said before. Could you try right-click the video which is not getting loaded and select the "Inspect-Element" option to grab the URL of the video from where the video…

What is the firmware version on your firewall? Are you using web proxy or DPI?

Have you turned on "Decrypt & scan HTTPS" in the Advanced section on the firewall rule and installed SSL CA on the workstation?

Hi Süleyman, Just adding on what Harsh said before. Could you try right-click the video which is not getting loaded and select the "Inspect-Element" option to grab the URL of the video from where the video is fetched.

You can also filter Log-Viewer with source IP for web and application filter logs to cross-verify the same URL.
