if is unpacked, then you will need to update this document. You can also put customs tariff codes and be done with guessing it on customs :-)

Thank you. Sophos needs to add this for packaged units since there is no other way to calculate cost of shipment. Sophos is one of rare vendors who actually do EXW instead of DAP parity.  We can't actually do proper cost calculation without this information.
