Sophos xg125 VOIP no incoming calls

Hello,

I am having trouble with Sophos xg125, the IT guy abruptly quit after issues with a manager(not important) and today we are not able to recieve incomming calls. 

We can still make outgoing calls but when you call any of the numbers it rings once and then goes silent.

Is what the log shows, anyone able to help. This is the first time I've used this and I have done some googling to no avail.

    those can be ignored they are end of connection cleanup messages. What you need to look for is using refined search of your Pabx address or phone address other messages showing connection details and rules.

  • There is no pabx, they are the only blocked listings that come up in the log when a call to the number is made.

    to receive calls your phones must connect to VoIP providers network first to establish a connection, so you should have a firewall rule that allows the phones to connect to the internet?
