XG Firewalls in Central Sync & Management showing Last Seen X amount of days

Hello All,

We constantly get this messages in Central- XG Firewalls in Central Sync & Management showing Last Seen X amount of days - However

when you click on the firewall name it still lets you connect to it. What is causing this message to display and how do we fix it.. I already 

tried to re-register and somehow it stays sync and then a couple days later it shows not connected again...Although technically its connected 

seeing this message drive me nuts

    Thank you for contacting the Sophos Community.

    I would recommend you to get a case open to investigate this, in the past, there were some known issues about this, but DEV resolved. 

    In any case please provide the output of the following logs:

    hbtrust.log

    fwcm-heartbeatd.log

    sophos-central.log

    fwcm-eventd.log

    smtpd_main.log 

    In the meantime, if it ok for you and your organization you could set the Aler to Never so you don't get repeated alerts while the issue is being investigated.
