Sophos Connect with Sophos SSL VPN configuration

Hi there,

we want to migrate from Sophos SSL VPN Client to Sophos Connect. But when we try to connect with the existing configuration the auth-process stops at:

Of course I completely removed the old ssl vpn client and installed the new one.

    If you haven't tried to use the provisioning file, check out the following document for more info: Sophos Connect provisioning file.

    Have you configured OTP? What kind of authentication method have you configured?

    no, i haven´t tried the provisionung file yet. No i haven´t configured OTP. The authentification type ist preshared key. The user authentification is  Active Directory.

    The problem is that one of my colleaque is working for another company and need our Ipsec file and the Sophos SSL VPN from the other company. So i can´t change anything there.

    Edit: The provisioning file also doesn´t work. It stops at the same place.
