How can I block download file extensions for Sophos firewall XG ?

    Hi ,

    Thank you for reaching out to Sophos Community.

    Please add a rule with the required 'File type' under Web > Policies and select an appropriate action.

    File Types: docs.sophos.com/.../FileTypes.html

    Find a below snapshot for reference.

    You'll also need to turn on HTTPS inspection(Decrypt HTTPS during web proxy filtering) to block file types.

    Refer to the article below to install Sophos_SSL_CA certificate on client machines.

    support.sophos.com/.../KB-000035645

    Note: Please ensure to import Sophos_SSL_CA certificate on all end systems before enabling HTTPS inspection.
