has anyone tried a current USB device available from either AT&T or Verizon with 4 or 5G that is not on the compatibility list and have it work?

all the devices listed there are years old and can only buy used.

that is the document i had looked at and the one that support had point to when i emailed them about this as well.

the device we are trying to see if it works is Global modem USB800 on ATT
