Hi,
we're having problems with two of our 5 SD-RED 20 since updating their firmware to 3.0.004.
When booting they're showing two different LED error codes. One RED has the error "No configuration available or firmware update failed" and the other one is showing "DHCP or static address settings failed, default gateway not reachable".
We tried resetting both (using the reset button on the back) and removed and readded them in our XG-firewall. Also we tried different routers and networks. The XG is running on Version 18.0.4 MR4.
Both of these REDs had problems before where they randomly coudn't reconnect and the only way to fix it was to restart the XG. I had opened a case for this issue (back in october) and the support had solved it, but it started to reappear in January.
Our other 3 REDs are working perfectly fine without any connection drops.
Is there anything else we could try?
