DHCP Relay Stops working Post v18 MR4 update

One that I have come across on a site with a SW XG 2C4G is a DHCP Relay Issue hosted in Hyper-V

After the upgrade the DHCP relays stopped working, if I remove and re-add them they work for a very short period then stop again, I am scheduling in a reboot as the unit is on site working but has anyone come across similar?

    I would recommend to check, if the DHCP Server actually answers the Relay requests. XG Relay has a flood prevention enabled, if the server stops answering, we are not flooding the server with other requests. 
    If its failing, check on tcpdump the packts going to the server.
