Questions about web filtering

Question

Looking into an issue where webex audio is not working and seeing some weird things in the log... Can anybody explain these errors to me? 
 
 Web filtering is denying for the following reasons:

reason="HTTP parsing error encountered." 
 reason="HTTP pipelined request encountered." 
 
 I just need a laymans reasoning for this so I can decide if a workaround is necessary or if I just leave it go. 
 
 We are using HTTPS decryption as well so do we need to put an exception in for webex?

Am using WebEx on a daily basis. Have had problems for a long time. 
 The solution for me was: 
 1. make an exception (excluding HTTPS Decryption) based on https://help.webex.com/en-us/WBX264/How-Do-I-Allow-Webex-Meetings-Traffic-on-My-Network 
 Make sure to add both regx for the given URL's and add the IP adresses as wel. 
 2. I found that adjusting the UDP Flood values (Have a burst value of 1500) solved the rest issues i face.
