We have Email Protection configured in MTA mode, an internal mail server using ports 993 (IMAP), 995 (POP), 465 (SMTP), everything works perfectly. The problem is when someone with an external domain arrives, they cannot send emails when they have port 465 configured in their account, only through port 587.
In the MTA firewall rule the services SMTP (S) (25,587) and SMTP (SSL) (465) are added.
I don't know if someone could help me?
