I am contacting you because I have a problem that I cannot resolve.
Following a problem I had to reinstall my sophos xg Home in version 18.
Before the reinstallation I was in 17.5.15.
After the reinstallation I put back my backup.
My problem is with the vpn.
I can see my active vpn and the active connection (both in green) but I cannot ping machines located behind the router of the remote site.
Whereas before the reinstallation it worked.
Do you have an idea ?
