Can network behind Sophos XG firewall connect to the network behind sophos Red 50?

Hi,

you will need to add firewall rules that allow the networks to talk to each other, based on ip ranges at each end.

I did add Firewall rules but nothing happens 

What do you see in logviewer for that rule? And is it at the top of your rule list?

Could not associate packet to any connection.

Try changing your destination zone to lan.

So, basically that means there is a configuration issue with your rule eg one of the address ranges is wrong or maybe you need an address-wan policy? If you try a trace route from the firewall to the red where does the traffic get lost?

Hello Lloyd,

Your Firewall rule seems to be incorrect, LAN Network should be 192.168.5.0/x and RED Network Destination Zone should be 192.168.1.0/X.

Also, make sure you don't have an overlapping 192.168.1.0/x on your local Network or in a different RED.
