Unable to register XG with SC

Temporary error while accessing Sophos Central has been going on for 3 days. Device is registered to our account but cannot register with SC and accept management.

Trying with a different username and password yields n incorrect username or password error.

    Thank you for reaching out to the Community! 

    You have to use the admin account to register the firewall with Sophos Central. If you already tried to register your firewall the admin account, please provide the central management logs via PM.
