Kingdel Mini PC, Fanless Industrial PC, Intel i5 Dual Core CPU, 8GB RAM, 128GB SSD, 2xNICs, 4xUSB 3.0, 4xCOM RS232, HD Port, Metal Case or PC?

I'm looking at this for an XP Home server https://www.amazon.com/Kingdel-Powerful-Desktop-Computer-Industrial/dp/B07DM1MGG8/ref=sr_1_9?crid=1FEZEHUIOJGPH&dchild=1&keywords=mini%2Bpc%2Bdual%2Bethernet%2Bi5%2B128gb%2Bssd&qid=1612373825&s=electronics&sprefix=mini%2Bpc%2Bdual%2B%2Celectronics%2C175&sr=1-9&th=1  My concerns are 1) compatibility and 2) gui speed. Anyone have any experience with this box? I'm not against using a PC but would like suggestions on known compatible network cards and proc that will ensure a fast gui experience (new i3, 2 gen old i5, etc). I'm looking to run this as a dedicated box, not a vm. Thank you!

  • Hey,

i buy this one. an d it work fine with the XG Home Ver18.

    Jetway JBC375F533M-19-B4 (Intel Bay Trail)

    • Fanless Intel Celeron Bay Trail J1900 SoC Processor
    • Embedded Long-life Series, 5 Year Availability
    • 4 * Intel Gigabit LAN Ports
    • Built-in +12V Locking Power Jack
    • ECO-design for EuP/ErP
I buy 8 GB -Dramm and a 240GB hard disk.
it'S better to have 4 Lan port s you want later to setup a DMZ -Zone
I think you can also buy a antenna for WLAN.
  • Internal APs are not supported in home XG.

it is fine as a set and forget, configuration will be slow.
