DHCP IP settings for WAPs

Hello,

My Ruckus wireless access point can't obtain IPs from the Sophos DHCP. With cyberoam DHCP it was possible. i am using the Ruckus Zone Director 1200 controller for my WAPs.

    Hi ,

    Thank you for reaching out to the Community.

    Is this access point connected to the firewall through an internal switch? Can you confirm if other devices in the network can obtain the IP address from the DHCP server?

    If only the access point has this issue, do you see DHCP discover packet on the XG firewall from the access point?
