We have a customer still with a Cyberoam Apllicance, since yesterday al mail had been quarantined due to the Spamcop problem. We resolved teh problem but now all mail is stuck in quarantine. Release button does nothing, in the statusbar it says that the mail is successfully sent but logs say nothing, and receiver isn't getting the mail.
We already restarted the firewall.
What to do now?
